Eligibility For Exchange

If your are not happy with our product we can offer you a 7 days exchange on all products except tempered glass, phone skins, camera lens protector, items sold in sales & offers.

• Exchange should be requested within 7 Days of delivering the product. Email us at support@icasecovers.in
• The product should be in intact condition (As it was delivered to you).
• The product should not be used.
• The protective film should not be removed.
• Order ID & Invoice should be available.
• Exchange will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.

Eligibility For Refund

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

• Refund should be requested within 7 Days of delivering the product.
• Email us at support@icasecovers.in
• The product should be in intact condition (As it was delivered to you).
• The product should not be used.
• The protective film should not be removed.
• Order ID & Invoice should be available.
• Refund will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
• Refund amount will be transferred within 5 days after clearing the quality check process
